Sidebar Editing Permissions

I have multiple sidebars for various parts of my site. Does anyone know how I can restrict my editors to only be able to view & edit particular sidebar? I have tried Role Scoper, Role Manager, and Adminimize but still cannot find a way to do this.

Anyone know how it’s possible? It would be ideal to assign a particular sidebar to a Role Scoper group (I posted on the Role Scoper forum but haven’t heard back).
