Sidebar Filter count not showing correct figure

If I understand correctly, you weren’t seeing the correct number of product counts in the product filters on the sidebar.

I’ve just checked & I see the numbers matched properly:

If you still see wrong product counts in the filters, try after clearing your browser cache. If you are using any caching plugin on your site, clear that cache as well.

If you’re unsure how to clear your browser’s cache, head to https://clear-my-cache.com and click on Apple or Windows, depending on your device, and then click on the button for your browser to see the steps.

There are many products in this category with size 3XL, XL and L, but the count is showing very few.

I have already cleaned up the cache, but still no affect.

Hello @k_shah_in!

By checking a few products of that page I managed to understand the issue that you are facing. (I found 7 products with XL size from the first page while the filter says 4 XL size in total.)

I believe this is caused by the widget that you are using for filtering purpose. Can you please use the “Filter Products by Attribute” widget and see if that solves the issue?

In that case, I believe this issue is caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, check the issue after activating each until you find the one causing conflict.

I have created a staging site. Installed Storefront theme. Disabled all the plugins except Woocommerce and tested the site. It still returns the wrong filter count.

Hello,

Can you please make sure that you have created global attributes under Products > Attributes, and that global attributes are added to products. If you manually add attributes to product individually, the Filter by attributes won’t work properly:

Can you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and Regenerate the product attributes lookup table to see if that fixes the issue for you?
