Sidebar for languages

Hi i would like to create new, or edit existing sidebar for a “change language” widget.

To put it simply i am using qtranslate plugin. And to be able to switch between languages i need to add a widget. But on my site i don’t use sidebars. Theme i am using have a sidebar template but its on the right side and its using a lot of space. I need it to be on top of the content page, above the title (possibly on the right side)
