SIdebar Headers not working correctly in IE

I decided to make the headers of the sidebar boxes (The very bottom one called “BUTTONS” and the one containing the Flickr player called “Flickr” graphics instead of just plain text.

In Firefox it looks fine, but in Internet Explorer it causes a slight shift underneath the header bar and the white content. Is there any way I can solve this problem so they look the same in Firefox and IE? I want the spacing to be identical with a graphic in place of text or just plain text in both browsers. Not just firefox.

Please help. ??
