    Hello,

We have this excellent plugin installed just today to pull a feed from another site, and it works splendidly except for some reason in just the case of a page made with this plugin it forces all of the sidebar content down below all the other content. For now I’m using a full page width template instead and not having a sidebar, but that’s not a great solution. Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so was there a workaround?

    Thanks

    Hi tiatridis,
From your description it sounds like you might have an html tag from the ‘Custom formatting’ tab that was not closed. Perhaps there is an open div tag without the close div tag???

You can go to the support tab and copy the settings then email them to the support address….

What is the url for the page that is showing the problem?

    Best regards,

Resolving this issue since there was no response from the user. This issue is likely a result of an unclosed custom tag in the ‘Custom Formatting’.

If you find that the tags a properly defined in the ‘Custom Formatting’ tab and the problem still exists, please re-open the issue.

    Best regards,
