sidebar issue

  • I am trying to put a calendar widget from a plugin on the sidebar of a specific page but all that appears are widgets I have other places. (i.e. search which is in my header, archives which is nowhere….) I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how these widgets can even be showing there. Help anyone? I suppose it goes without saying I’m a complete newbie to all this.
