• Sorry I think posted this under the wrong plugin name the other day.

I installed Sidebar Login and it worked great. But then I installed BP Profile as Homepage. I decided it wasn’t what I was looking for and uninstalled it. The problem is now Sidebar Login isn’t working right. Every time you click on profile it takes you to the homepage, despite having the url to go to the buddypress member profile. This worked fine before installing BP profile homepage.

I have uninstalled and deleted BP Profile as Homepage. Also uninstalled and deleted Sidebar Login. But when I reinstall it, it still will not direct to the bp member profile page. However the default link to the wp profile back end works.

I’m really confused as to why the custom link wont work anymore, and I really need it to.

Any ideas on how to get this working again would be great!
    Thanks

I’m still trying to get this working… I set up a fresh WP & BP install. The only plugin added is Sidebar Login. But for some reason the link to the BP profile page still doesn’t work. I’m not sure why as it did work in the other install before I had the other widget installed. I’m using this code line

    <a href="https://myurl.com/members/%username%">Profile</a>

When you hover on it, it shows the right path to each users BP profile page. But when you click it, it sends you to the home page.

Any ideas how to fix this? I really need a way for members to login and easily find the link to their BP profile.
