Sidebar Menu In A Post Only

So I have a menu at the top of my recent blog post that uses anchors to go to certain points in the blog. It is a very long blog, so this needs to happen, but what I don’t know how to do is put that menu (it’s a List Block) into a sidebar that does not scroll as the post is scrolled through, that way it is always available to the reader.

But I only want to do this in this one post..I do not want it in other posts. Dabbled in some sidebar plugins but I can’t seem to get what I’m looking for, unless I don’t know what I’m doing.
