Sidebar Missing

    I just upgraded and now the entire left sidebar with all of the tabs is missing. I cannot access Settings, Appearance, Widgets etc. There are just a couple of tabs at the top bar.

    How do I get my left admin sidebar back?

    do you have the backup of the old version?

    I was able to install the backup but I am afraid to upgrade to 3.11. Do you have any suggestions?
