Sidebar moves if no comments on post

Hi guys

For some reason when i post and there is a comment the sidebar moves/breaks. I dont believe this has to do with css because it shows that everything is inside the container div when its not supposed to be. I think this is something to with the single.php file but not sure? If someone could help me that would be great.
