    It’s most likely because KB’s inbuilt template is not directly compatible with the theme.

    You have a few options for this.

    a) Use the shortcode in a page of your theme
    b) Create a specific template in your theme

    The second option is definitely the better one and you can duplicate the “page” template and use the code from here
