Sidebar not appearing at ALL

    We’ll be more than happy to help, could you possibly provide a URL where you’re experiencing the issue?

    Could you also maybe let us know the theme you’re using?

    Something that may help too, could you try switching themes to see if it’s theme related?

    If you could provide screenshots of the settings for widget for the particular URL too, that’ll help us narrow it down as well.

    Anything we can do to try and quickly replicate will help. ??

    I’m using UX Flatsome Theme.

    Hi Jason,

    Thanks for providing those details and in this case, the issue actually has to do with those categories being a custom taxonomy for Products.

    This free version doesn’t directly support taxonomies except for Post categories.

    I’ve mentioned a bit more on that here and will try and explain more via email:
