Sidebar Not Saving For Pages

When I select a sidebar for any page, or even select “None” as a sidebar, it does not apply when saving the post. The sidebar option always returns to “Default Sidebar”. I have disabled all plugins and this has had no affect. The browser console shows no errors or warnings on the pages.
