Sidebar not showing correctly on blog page

Hello All,

I have set up a WordPress site with static home and other static pages. It is a Twenty Ten child theme where I have made some minor alterations to the style.css.

After adding sidebar widgets I notice that the sidebar displays properly on all pages except for the Blog page where it displays the sidebar info in the page area at the end of the page…

P.S. I am using the Dynamic Widget plugin but this issue was there before I installed this tool.

I am not sure how or why this is happening and wonder if anyone has any ideas to help me out!
