Sidebar not showing on Mobile (woocommerce products only)

The problem might come from a plugin conflict. Please back up your site for security purposes and try to deactivate your plugins one by one to see if any of them causes the issue to appear.

Unfortunately, it did not work. I deactivated my plugins one by one and checked if it made the sidebar to reappear but it did not work.

Not sure what is causing it. Most of my traffic is from mobile devices so this issue is troubling me a bit.

Any other solutions I could try ?

Can you please try going into Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Status- > Tools -> and click ‘Update Database’ option? https://prnt.sc/10nj251

Also, before that, please make sure to back up your site for security purposes.

Thank you for your reply but unfortunately this too didn’t solve the issue. I have yet again tried the plugin deactivating method but didn’t work.

We are not able to replicate this issue. It’s happening only on your site so we can’t say what’s going wrong.

Please make sure you are using the latest version of the theme i.e.2.10.4.

I can confirm this is also the case for my own store. No sidebar on mobile in the shop.
