Sidebar not showing (Primrose theme)

  • Hello! ??

    Basically, I am using woocommerce and want to add a sidebar so I can apply filters to my products. When I go to the widgets section, I see that there is an option to add widgets to a sidebar. However, when I look from the customize area it says:

    “Your theme has 3 other widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display them.

    You can navigate to other pages on your site while using the Customizer to view and edit the widgets displayed on those pages.”

    The 3 widget areas are sidebars, but why are they not showing? how can make it so a sidebar shows for my products?

    I am using primrose theme and perhaps there is a chance that it doesn’t support sidebars? I’m not too sure, I’m very new to this whole thing.

    Any support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://singlestroke.ticksy.com

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
