  • Hello @war85ren,

    Hope all is well!

I apologize for the delay in this thread.

Would you please right click on the Account page and see if there are any JS errors in the developer’s console? Please see this screenshot:
    https://take.ms/IdPHf

On a current page, is there is an option to change the page template? If yes, please change it and see if it will bring a sidebar back.

Would you please assign the same sidebar to a test page that is publicly available and see if it a sidebar will be shown?

Please run a full test for a conflict with another plugin? Deactivate all other plugins, besides the Custom Sidebars and see if the sidebar is showing. If everything is well, activate the membership plugin first to make sure there no rules set in a plugin that hides the sidebar. Then start activating one plugin at a time, every time checking if the sidebar will be shown to find the one that causes this.

Follow the steps from the flowchart:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Before running a test for a conflict, please make sure to backup your site, so if something will go wrong, you can always restore it.

Let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
