• Hi!
First of all, theme is great – so flexible and… customizable. ??

When customizing, in the “Front Page” section, I selected “left sidebar” and unchecked the full width slider box, but still no sidebar appears on the front page. Any ideas on how to fix that?

My site is openheartforum.com (and it’s very much in the works – most things there are dummy images, etc.)

    Thanks!

  • Do you have any widgets in the sidebar? Remember, the sidebar will usually auto-collapse if there is no content in it.

Thanks, Noah. I did put a widget – but I actually just saw that it IS on the front page, only down at the bottom where the blog posts start, below the slider and featured pages. Any way to get it to move up next to the slider?

Okay… There was actually a thread just like this a day ago that I tried to help out with. I don’t know the answer for you at the moment, but I will try and look into it. Sorry!

I too have the same issue of the widget showing up underneath the slider and featured images. I would like to put a left menu into place next to the slider and I cannot seem to get the widget to move.

Has there been any solution to this problem?

Same problem. Right sidebar set as the site wide default, also specifically on static Front Page. There are widgets in the sidebar, but the bar doesn’t appear to the right of the slider or featured posts. It appears BELOW the featured posts.

    No active plugins.

Running the latest version of WP and the latest version of Customizr.
