Sidebar on top mobile

Hi, I am running a shop with a filter plugin for woocommerce (woocommerce product filter). I desperately need to filter to be on top of the page and not on the bottom in mobile view, and the filter is in a sidebar. It is not possible to have two filters on the same page, else i would have used a custom widget area. Is there any way to move the sidebar to the top on mobile view? Thank you!
