Sidebar questions/issues

My sidebar is set up in sections. Categories, Specials, Links, Item, Item, etc. I put Page under the Specials but that ends up under another section. How do I get the Specials under the right place?

Looking further I see Menu section and it has my pages under Specials. I tried to bring up the sidebar but can’t figure it out,

This is why when I had 50+ sites I had sidebar.php and hand-coded the sidebar. This is too hard to figure out. I couldn’t find a coder to do it so am stuck with asking questions for each theme.

Under Widgets I have Custom Menu: Specials. Now if this is that “section” in my sidebar, how do I put Pages or Posts in there?

Now, under Menus I see Specials. On the left is a list of Pages. Only certain ones are Specials. If I move Pages under Specials, is that the section? Then I see

Add menu items from the column on the left.

Add them where? How?
