Sidebar showing up in Events!

    I am running the twenty twelve theme.

    I have a static front page.
    My posts page is set to blog

    All pages are “frontpage” template.

    I activated my sidebar by adding some widgets e.g. recent comments.
    The sidebar is now showing up in events. I just want the sidebar to appear on the blog page.

    Is there a setting to exclude the sidebar from showing up in events?
