• I have literally tried a million things to get this to work and still nothing.

My sidebar is displaying. I have my main content wrapped in a <div> and the sidebar in it’s own <div> The main content is floated left and the sidebar is floated right. The sidebar is displaying side by side with my post, but it stays with my first post. I have since added two posts and the sidebar does not stay at the top of the page.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

  • First you need to remove the invalid characters from your page so it can be validated. Validation should help you to reduce the 60+ validation errors on your page – including at least 7 missing closing `</div> tags.

Thanks esmi, but when I go to validate it I get the following error message.

Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 75 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.
The error was: utf8 “\xC2” does not map to Unicode

    What to do?

Remove the invalid characters from your page on, or around, line 75. Looks like it’s coming from a sexy bookmarks plugin.
