    Hello!

    Sidebar title color is the same as ribbon color, you can change it under Appearance > Theme Options, Accent Color.
    ps. You have some spammy links in the footer, most probably because you downloaded the theme from spemmer website, that copies original themes and adds their own links in footer. You should redownload the theme from WordPress repository.
