• I have to believe that someone has created a plugin that will accomplish the task that I need. My problem is that I have yet to filter out the million of plugins that offer me solutions I do not need. Hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

I have created custom pages via the template technique. So each sidebar is unique to its page. What I need is the ability to create a post and have it show up on that page’s sidebar. An example would be an About Us page, and ideally I could create an AboutUsSideBar page that would show up in my custom sidebar.

I’ve looked into sideblog, its close to what I need, but not quite. I can’t have it limited to a category because of the uniqueness of the pages content.

Any plugins meet this need? If not, any posts out there that may help me find my way? TIA.

Should I can this idea and just put a widget calendar there?

This is the first time this forum hasn’t come through for me. A little disappointed. I suppose all the knowledgeable participants are fielding new release issues affecting the WP community. If only I had an understanding of how to pass a separate page id for the sidebar and the main content as the page loads. Well, at least thanks for the stellar software.
