Sidebar widget

Hey there,

we are currently working on a relaunch of our website. During the design process we would like to ahve the search filters in a sidebar (like in the blog of WPJM) on the jobs list. As far as i remember I think, there was once some widget to get this working. Any one a solution/ addon for this or do we need to build this on our own?
