Sidebar widget on home page

Hello!

I want the sidebar to show on homepage, to the right of featured articles… even if remain only 3 articles on the raw at secondary area of featured articles. And I want to show only this secondary featured articles, without the first big one. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance!
