sidebar (widgets) not on side

Help, I’m just about to turn over this customized theme (based from Twenty Ten) over to a client, and now see it’s not showing up right in Firefox. The right sidebar is not to the side, rather it’s showing up below the page content. Also there’s a <!– showing up in the page content.

What gives?
