sidebar1 not showing on the posts

  • Hello,

    I had a sidebar1 activated which has disappeared on its own. It was activated on the post page and now just a blank side can be seen. Also, it has disappeared from the widget page as well as from home layout sidebar dropdown option. Could you please see?

    I have kind off understood the issue. Sidebar1 has become inactive on its own. Could you pls tell me how to fix that? thanks

    Hey,
    Have you tried activating a different sidebar on that page just to test? Is the sidebar still not showing from Appearance > Widgets? Is it showing that it has been created from Theme Options > Misc Settings?

    Yes, I have activated primary sidebar and that works. Problem is, sidebar1 has become inactive. On the widgets page, it shows as inactive and that sidebar is no longer available. However, it shows widgets in it.

    Not sure if it works here but my post sidebar disappeared when I accidentally set Theme Options > Blog Options > Blog Post Defaults > Blog Post Sidebar Default to No! Might want to check that!
