SIDEBARS DROPPING TO BOTTOM

I have tried like a million themes, simply because I keep doing something in the code, to make my two right columns (sidebars) drop down to the bottom below my comment section. Creating a 1 column theme when it is supposed to be a 3 column theme. Can anyone tell me what I keep doing to cause this problem? The last time it happened all I did was tweak a little bit of the header code. thats it!!!
