Sidebars gone after update

I am using WordPress 4.5.3 and the plugin in v 2.3.0.
Afte the last auto-update to these versions, my custom sidebars disappeard. Eg on this page: https://zakk.cz/jak-na-verejne-zakazky/
When I deactivate the plugin, out-of-the-box WP sidebars (Primary Sidebar area) do appear.
Any clues on how to debug this?
