UPDATE: Never mind – I found the culprit, a bad plugin.

My web-hosting service (bravehost.com) recently upgraded to PHP Version (7.3.x). Since then on the Widgets page of the Admin section, the theme sidebars are no longer visible.

The available widgets are still visible, but when I click on them, there is no drop down to add them to a sidebar. However, by using accessibility mode, I can assign them to a sidebar.

The sidebars function normally when viewing the site.

I can make the sidebars visible in the Admin area by resetting the PHP to Version (7.0x), which is deprecated on my web hosting.

All plugins, themes, etc are up to date. I use Custom Sidebars by WPMU DEV. Disabling the plugin did not make the sidebars visible in the Admin section.

I have another WordPress website on Bravenet, with a different theme, and the sidebars are visible on the Widgets page of the Admin section.
