edit the post and remove that <div> near the beginning and the corresponding </div> after the main text, here:

for some reasons there are lot of empty divs in that post’s content:

My sidebars are loading on the bottom of my home page sometimes
might be the same cause at other times.
if this is caused by the way the excerpt is generated, complain with the theme author.
