Sidebars missing off my theme

  • Hey all new here and need a hand with the Forexpress template by Jinsona. My side bars don’t appear as they’re supposed to. They’re supposed to look like the ones here:

    But all I get is a little box marked “Popular” that doesn’t do anything

    Any help would be much appreciated. I’ve tried enabling anything and even adding widget boxes with no results.

  • Do you have a sidebar.php file in your theme directory? If you has one, it should be called from every file who shows it, like this:
    <?php get_sidebar(); ?>

    Make sure the plugin Popularity Contest is activated, the sidebar appeared after I activated it. And also how do you get images to show up on your thumbnails? Its probably really simple, I just must be missing something.

    Figured out the images, so nevermind.

    Ah Natedawg it worked, I never realised that Popularity Contest was bundled in there haha thanks so much.
