Sideblog posts showing up on previous posts

I’m currently using Sideblog for a design I am making. I also have a ‘previous posts’ section under a main post but I don’t want the sideblog posts showing in this bit. Id there anyway to remove them? Or have those categories not show up in the previous posts list?
