“sider” theme is available?

I want to renewal our old website by generatepress.
I saw “Sider Theme(https://gpsites.co/sider/)” and document(https://beaverhero.com/generatepress-sider/#1_Import_Template).
But there is no “Sider Theme”in your “Starter Sites(https://generatepress.com/site-library/)”.
The “Sider Theme” is available if we pay for “pro version”?
