Sidebar showing on view ticket page (post)

I love this plugin. Truly amazing and useful. Everything works as expected except when viewing the ticket on the frontend. I see a sidebar which displays my pages, categories, and other stuff that is not present on any other part of my site. There is no section in the ticket backend (post) to disable sidebars and there are no sidebar section widgets in my widgets area. I’m not sure how to resolve this? any suggestions? https://mytechreport.com is the site. There is no active link as we are still testing but you can get to the ticket are with the slug /help. Just fyi, the current help & support link in the header and footer go to my current Freshdesk system.
