  • Has anyone found anything out on this? Having same issue —

Have you ruled out this issue?? My link headlines weren’t working, I had to upgrade the sifr.js file, and re-export my fonts with the files from the 2.0.5 release of sIFR.

hi julieH, yes it works with the new version sifr but i want to know that how you re export fonts? for example i have a commercial font in .ttf file format but i dont know how to export this in sifr.fla. can you help me please?

yeah the plugin’s admin panels all work but none of the swf previews even show up regardless on both localhost and online… i was really hoping sIFR would be the answer for me but ive spent hours trying to figure this out.

    any fixes??

    please help!

well the solution is kind of dumb.

you have to put a copy of the SIFR folder that is in the cg-flashytitles folder (including fonts) into the wp-content/plugins/ folder as well.

i never bothered refactoring the plugin, but i suppose that should DEFINITELY stay on the to do list for the development group.

if you run into the problem that it can’t write the .dat file that it wants, you can checksum the plugins folder to 777, but don’t forget to change it back to 700 or whatever your setup needs.
