Sign Building coding?

Good morning. I’m working with an outdoor sign company (https://www.sign-express.com) and I’d like to include an interactive “sign building” feature. The user chooses the type and size of sign, attaches it to a pole, chooses colors, etc.

Is this possible through WP or a plug-in? Has anyone ever seen something like this?

Any help would be appreciated.
