Sign up/Register button not showing, can’t register

The register button is not present, user can not register. I did not figure this out until after uploading 300 products. The sign in button was present before uploading all of the products. I don’t know if I accidentally deleted a plugin that was creating the registration. Can you please help me to find out why the register button is not present? Maybe a list of plugins that should be present?
