Sign In With Twitter Button Not Working

We are trying to authenticate a Twitter account on a WP Multisite single installation (citymomsblog.com/dallas) and when we click on the Sign In With Twitter nothing happens and we are taking back to the WP Dashboard.
Any thoughts on why this may be happening?
