Sign Up For Blog Post…….

Please bear with me, I am confusing myself. I have recently moved to a new, a better host. They use CPanel. In my looking around in it, I see where I can create a email address where someone could sign up for any “xyz” that I set up, (blog post, news letter, etc). I understand how to create a sign up button in my WordPress theme, and link it to the correct email address. My idea is for someone to “sign up” to receive my daily blog post. Again, here is where I am blinding myself. HOW do I get the blog post tied to that email address AND fire the blog post off at the time it goes live, to those that have signed up?

I post my question here, because in “my mind‘s eye”, the process must start in WordPress.
