Sign Up Form

  • Hi,

    Is there a signup plugin or theme that includes a sign up section?

    I need to capture a visitors name, email and phone for opting in for “More Info”.

    I will then need to forward this information to my email address.

    I’ve tried to hack the newsletter plugin but it seems abit finicky.
