Sign up form not showing up on block post page with blocksy theme

    Hello,

    I have two issues with the mailpoet plugin, in particular with the sign up form not showing up on the starting page of the homepage and not showing up when having accepted the cookies of the website.

    I am using the Blocksy Theme for my website and on all other sites, except the blog post page, the sign up form is showing up. But it only shows up in case I haven’t accepted the cookies of the website. Is there anybody who has experienced the same issue or similar ones? Thank you in advance for your support!

    Indeed I can’t see the subscription form on the homepage of the site https://www.asvhof.de/.

    Are you able to reproduce this issue with a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-One?

    Also, can you please send us screenshots of your subscription form settings?

    thank you for your support. Unfortunately I can’t reproduce this issue with any other default themes because I only have installed blocksy at the moment.

    How can I send you screenshots of the subscription form settings? Seems like I can’t attach any files to this message…

    It seems it’s indeed a theme or plugin conflict.

    I can see the form doesn’t show up in your homepage, but it’s properly displayed on other individual pages (https://cns.asvhof.de/elementor-7668/) and posts (https://cns.asvhof.de/team/).

    That’s probably because your homepage is listing posts mostly, and Pop-up/Slider forms won’t show on listing pages such as Blogs, Shop, Archives, etc.
