We’ve used your plugin last year and loved it. I loved it even more this year when I could copy so much of last year’s schedule so readily. However, after sharing the link with my board, it came to my attention that after clicking on the Sign-up link, the next page reads a 404 error.

I’d prefer not to have to rebuild the whole schedule, as I was so excited about the copy option. Please advise how I can get this sign-up back up and running.

Thank you so much for your help!

Sorry that you are having problems. I assure you the plugin is working just fine here and there have been no other reports of similar issues (that would be a pretty big standout bug if it was something in my code)

    Two things come to mind:

    1. Check which page you have set in the settings to redirect to for signups. My guess is that maybe the page no longer exists (based on the URL of your, the page ID is 11515).
    2. Check/Refresh your permalinks structure. You currently seem to be using page titles, based on the link you provided, but the link of the signup is using page_id=11515, instead of using the slug name of the page). Just go to the permalinks page in your admin and hit save again to refresh the permalinks.

Note that you do NOT have to redirect to another page for signups, if you don’t need to (uncheck the option to redirect to main page). If I remove the page_id parameter from the signup link (so that you stay on the same page), and paste the task_id and date parameters onto the end of the URL your provided, then the signup form works just fine.

Also, please read the documentation thoroughly here:
