SIGN UP NOT WORKING

    New users function is not working.

    After new user sign up and submit authorization form, I get a message says ” link has been sent to your email. The user didnt get an e-mail .

    For your information:

    I used 3 different emails, check junk mail, none

    I am using WP EMAIL STMP PRO , nothing showing in the email log (log showing successful email out from other plugin , like the backup plugin)

    Masterstudy theme , LMS and LMS PRO, and all plugins are up to date

    Also I tried disabled the authorization in the profile, that didn’t work either

    please advice
