I have tried to create an account on your site, and see what you mean, as I was eventually met with a “Request Timeout” error:

This typically indicates that there is a problem with the server, rather than with the site itself. Can you reach out to your host and ask them to check for any server-side errors?

PHP Time Limit: 120

In the meantime, can you try bumping up the above value to 300 and see if this makes any difference? Your host should also be able to help you out with this.

Along with the server-side errors, please navigate to WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs and share a copy of any fatal errors that may be logged there.

I talked with Hostinger support but it didn’t help much.
I increased the php time limit and checked for php errors, there is no php errors, the account is created and the user (frontend) is not notified.

Thank you for sharing the report!

It’s really challenging to pinpoint the issue without error logs. Could you please get in touch with your hosting provider to check if there are any server logs?

Additionally, I would like to know if the issue is limited to WooCommerce accounts only or if it occurs when creating a new user from wp-admin. This will help us narrow down the possible causes. :?)

Moreover, have you tried to disable any DNS-level or server firewalls you may have, such as Sucuri or Cloudflare?

Thank you for your answer, what i can tell you is that there is no errors in wordpress log, and the registration goes through, it’s the script that doesn’t stop and throws the error.

Hosting provider asked me to change server location (aka change server) and i did, everything is working well now.

I believe that the server was faulty.
