    Thank you for the plugin. Our organization loves it!

    I have the setting “Automatically clears expired signups from the database (runs with hourly CRON function). Expired signups are not counted in the Filled Spots column.” unchecked, however, after the event ends, all the volunteer info is cleared from the sign up sheet.

    I need to keep this info for tracking purposes. Am I misunderstanding the setting?

    If you have that un-checked, then the signups are kept in the database after they expire, but those tasks/slots will still NOT show up on the front end (public side) after they have expired.

    To see them for tracking purposes, you need to view the sign-ups from the admin dashboard… to do that you also need to check the “Show Expired Tasks?” checkbox. Then, you will be able to see all the signups for a sheet from the admin Sign-Up Sheets page, and you can also export them all to CSV.
