    Hi, trying out this excellent plugin, I’m wondering: is it possible to have some kind of automatic signature (text) under ticket responses? Preferably one that can be set in the user Profile or something so that is is personal to each support person.

    Maybe I missed it and it’s already there, or maybe in a pro add-on?
