Signature and Long Text Field

  • So on the application, due to the nature of it I need to have the volunteer sign. I also need to have a long message and have them either approve or deny. I did the radio button and put everything I need to say it in, but I guess it’s too long so I need to find a way to write something long with a simple question underneath and the radio box. Is this possible?

    Well, you can the field “help text” to add explanations to your radio buttons.

    It’s also possible to use another field, the “header” type field (which simply shows some preset HTML), to show a long explanation. You can place this field just before the radio button field.
