Signature field is not working

  • Hello,

    signature field is not working. after adding a signature field is not recognized as “filled out” by the form. As you can see from the link below, the fields are now required and a signature has been added.

    I have tested on firefox, chrome, and safari with all the same results. what is the solution for this? please suggest me.

    Hi,
    I think this kind of error has already been reported here somewhere but can’t find it.
    My guess is that there is a javascript error on the page. Did you check the JS console ?

    Thanks for your reply.i checked JS console. there is no error in that. required field is not working. currently, I am adding not mandatory field only. without mandatory fields, the signature field is working fine. if I add required filed that time it’s not taking signature field values.

    I tested different kind of forms with required signature fields and it’s working fine, at least with a basic WP / CF7 installation.
    So there might be a conflict with another plugin or with your theme. You can try to switch to a standard WP theme, and/or disable some other plugins to identify what is disturbing my plugin. Then it’ll be easier to debug and fix this.

    OK.i will check if there is any plugin conflicting.
